SOS & Support VCR Line

Our Care & Safety team is available around the clock 24/7 to take care of our community. If you are involved in an incident that you believe threatens your personal safety, call the authorities by clicking SOS button (Only Emergencies) within app or speak directly to our support voice enabled response team by visiting in support field from menu list in app (both text and call).

Medical Fit and Route knowledge

Every driver is screened before they're permitted to drive on Our platform, our driver has to be DVLA Group 2 licence certified .They go through a series of tests like:

  • cardiovascular
  • endocrine system
  • musculoskeletal
  • neurological
  • psychiatric
  • vision
  • diabetics

We only take on board driver that has cleared Topographical Skills PASS Certificate/notification from Tfl.Altough they are equipped with latest navigation tools but they should be able to plan a route between 5 and 30 miles between two points in the Greater London. Private hire journeys are pre-booked so all of them are pre-planned. However, they are not of the same level of knowledge as a London black cab driver.

Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS & CRB)

Every driver is screened before they're permitted to drive on our platform, starting with professional third-party background and DBS checks. To be on safe side and current, we also carry out CRB Check on driver's history for any convictions, cautions, reprimands and warnings.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Navhoo believes in customer care and respect towards our contractors and employees, It's every bodies right to have freedom of work and expression, although we do advise our partners not to engage in religious, political or any other sensitive debate, any violence from any side we dealt with strict measures and do let authority to take their course, we maintains a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy for drivers. To report suspicions of intoxicant use by a Navhoo driver, email us or use support field from menu list in app(both text and call).

Navhoo Public liability & Hire and Reward Insurance Protection Plan

Our drivers are Tfl compliant and are always in the cover of Private Hire & Reward Insurance Policy , In the event of any accident you as passenger and any third party is always cover for min £1M liability, The driver is always in the possession of his certificate and is able to share the information in such event . We also have backup insurance in place that would cover customers if a driver had an accident without insurance.

Vehicle Standards

We require cars to be no more than 7 years old, environmentally friendly. Clean, PHV and MOT (every six monthly) certified.

Two-way Ratings

You've got the power. Passengers and drivers rate each other after every ride. If you rate someone 1 star, you'll never be matched with them again. Navhoo takes all user ratings and driver feedback very seriously
